3. Merchandise & Orders

Current merchandise purchases are subject to verified stock availability. Product prices are shown in Australian dollars and delivery is shown separately before payment. Current checkout is available for Australian delivery only. Gannon Waye Music is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not charged. If fulfilment becomes impossible after payment, the customer will be contacted and the remedies required by Australian Consumer Law will remain available.

3A. Support Contributions

The website is not currently accepting standalone or recurring support contributions. Purchases are ordinary commercial transactions and are not represented as charitable donations. Any future support or giving program will require separate published terms, an approved payment flow, and an auditable policy before it is made available.

4. Fan-Submitted Content

By submitting a message, photo, or video to this platform, you grant Gannon Waye a non-exclusive right to display and share that content on this site and associated social channels. All submissions are subject to moderation and may be removed at our discretion.
